How far ahead should I book?
Three to four weeks is comfortable for most dates. Grad-season Saturdays (May–June) and destination bachelorette months want 5–6 weeks. Have a date next weekend? Ask anyway — midweek and Sunday slots open up more than you'd think.
Do you handle outdoor parties?
Constantly — backyards are our most common venue. We just need covered or shaded placement for the press and a dry surface. Coastal evening mist is fine; actual rain needs a canopy or a garage.
Can kids use the bar?
Yes. Kids pick hats and patches like anyone else; our crew handles every press, so small hands never go near hot equipment. Youth-size caps are available on request.
What if my party runs long?
If the line's still going, we'll offer to extend on the spot at the standard $250/hr crew rate — your call in the moment, no penalty either way.
Is a deposit required to ask?
No. Send the form, get the quote, then decide. A signed quote and deposit lock the date; until then you're just asking questions.
