The full spread

Everything a party hat bar brings to your door.

The core is simple: caps, patches, a press, and a crew. Here's exactly what that means, plus the add-ons people ask for once they see the bar in action.

The hat wall

We stock the bar to match your party's look. Standard lineup includes Richardson 112 trucker caps (the ones everyone recognizes), corduroy caps for the cozy-luxe crowd, structured dad hats, and foam truckers when the theme calls for loud. Flexfit styles are available on request for the fitted-hat purists.

You choose the color story ahead of time — pastels for a baby shower, black-and-gold for a 40th, team colors for a grad party — and we bring 10–15% extra so late RSVPs still get their pick.

The patch wall

Patches are where personality happens. The wall mixes embroidered patches, fuzzy chenille varsity-style letters, and debossed leather patches, curated around your theme. Cocktail motifs for a bachelorette, retro florals for a garden party, numbers and initials for everyone.

Want something nobody else has? We produce custom patches with the guest of honor's name, an inside joke, or your party logo — just get us artwork (or an idea) about two weeks before the date.

Add-on stations

Because Merch Troop runs full live-customization events, your hat bar can grow without adding vendors:

  • Live shirt table — full-color designs heat-pressed onto tees (Bella+Canvas 3001 is our go-to) while guests watch
  • Patch-a-tote station — canvas totes and sling bags guests decorate patch-by-patch
  • Keepsake add-ons — laser-engraved pieces and sticker drops for favor tables

Add-ons share the same crew window, so they raise the quote less than booking a second service would.

Logistics, handled

What we need from your venue.

Space

One 6-foot table footprint, roughly 8×6 feet total with guest browsing room. Indoors or covered outdoors both work.

Power

A single standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. The press draws about as much as a hair dryer — no special circuits.

Time

We arrive about an hour before guests to build the bar, and teardown takes 30 minutes after the last press. You never touch a box.

Build the bar your party actually wants.

Tell us the theme and headcount, and we'll suggest a hat and patch lineup that fits. Custom patches need about two weeks, so earlier is better.

Grab your date

Tell us about the party.

Send the date, city, and headcount once. We reply within one business day with a real number and a hold on your date.

No deposit needed to ask. We confirm availability first, then send one clear quote.
