Grad season logistics, solved early
Book ahead of the wave. May and June weekends are the tightest calendar of our year — grad parties stack four deep on Saturdays. If your party lands between mid-May and late June, reach out 5–6 weeks ahead to get first pick of time slots.
Joint parties are a cheat code. Two or three families splitting one party (and one hat bar) is increasingly the norm. We build the patch wall with both schools' colors, run a longer window, and each family's quote share drops substantially. The 70-guest joint party in our party stories is the template.
Open-house format friendly. Grad parties often run come-and-go over 3–4 hours instead of all-at-once. That's an easy shape for us — the press never gets slammed and every wave of guests catches the bar fresh. Tell us the format and we'll staff it right.
